Nick McDougall
Founder & Director
Nick has spent almost 20 years working in New Zealand's gas industry, building a career that spans wholesale markets, gas production, infrastructure, commercial strategy, and energy trading.
During more than twelve years with OMV New Zealand, Nick specialised in the company's interaction with natural gas, LPG, condensate, and crude oil markets. His work included championing the development of the emsTradepoint wholesale gas market, integrating emissions trading obligations into the OMV business, and managing OMV's ownership interest in the Maui gas transmission pipeline.
In the years leading up to OMV's acquisition of the Shell New Zealand assets, Nick coordinated a commercial team across New Zealand, Singapore, and London, helping manage sales and optimisation of OMV's production portfolio while contributing to transactions worth billions of dollars.
His experience supporting major gas users through the supply constraints of 2020 and 2021 ultimately laid the foundations for what became the GasBridge approach, which today supports a significant proportion of New Zealand's commercial gas demand.
Graeme Stoddart
Commercial Gas Specialist
Graeme brings more than 20 years of experience across New Zealand's natural gas market, with expertise spanning commercial operations, trading, compliance, and supply chain management.
Having led the operations of Vector Gas Trading Limited until the business concluded in 2024, Graeme combines deep market knowledge with a practical, data-driven approach that strengthens EnergyBridge's ability to deliver effective solutions for clients operating in a complex and rapidly changing market.
Jonno Baker
Technical Operations Manager
Jonno developed and managed the internal information systems that supported one of New Zealand's most sophisticated gas trading operations.
At EnergyBridge, he leads the development of the systems and business processes that underpin our gas management services, ensuring clients benefit from accurate, reliable, and resilient operational support as our portfolio continues to grow.
Shaun McGrath

Based in London, Shaun is a technology specialist with extensive experience designing complex systems and data infrastructure for global financial services organisations.

Kylie has more than 20 years' management experience across tertiary education and professional regulation within the health sector.
